Singapore, 6 November 2007 – Groundbreaking of second petrochemical project - ExxonMobil Chemical Company today broke ground on its second world-scale petrochemical project in Singapore. Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong was the Guest of Honour at the groundbreaking ceremony, which was held at the future site of the fully-integrated project on Jurong Island.
SINGAPORE, September 5, 2007 - final decision to build and awards major contracts for second world-scale steam-cracking complex in Singapore- ExxonMobil Chemical Company announced today that it has completed its detailed study of a second world-scale steam cracker complex in Singapore and made the final decision to proceed with construction. The project will be located at and integrated with its existing Singapore site, providing feedstock, operating and investment synergies with both the chemical plant and refinery.

Singapore, 29 June 2007 – Singapore Refinery's Planned Maintenance - ExxonMobil Singapore’s Refinery (Jurong site) has commenced the shut-down of several operating units for planned maintenance beginning 29 June 2007. The overall duration of this maintenance is expected to last about 7 weeks.
Singapore, 28 June 2007 - Hydrocarbon Fluids Plant Expansion - ExxonMobil Chemical announced today that it will add 130,000 tons per year of capacity to its Exxsol™ hydrocarbon fluids plant in Jurong Island, Singapore. This will bring Singapore fluids production to over 500,000 tons per year.
Singapore, 23 March 2007 -- Ethylene Plant's Expansion - ExxonMobil Chemical today announced the successful completion of the expansion of its steam cracker in Singapore. The expansion project, announced in 2005, has increased the ethylene capacity of the world-scale Singapore Chemical Plant by 75,000 tons per year to more than 900,000 tons per year.
