Singapore Chemical Plant (SCP)

Singapore Chemical Plant

SCP is one of ExxonMobil Chemical's largest investments in Asia Pacific. This world-scale facility employs state-of-the-art chemical processing technologies for high-performance manufacturing in today's competitive global chemicals market. Comprising five integrated units, this highly synergised plant serves as a strategic supply pillar for the global shipping network.

SCP is adjacent to and fully integrated with ExxonMobil's refinery on Jurong Island. The steam cracker uses primarily liquid feedstock (e.g. naphtha) from the refinery and third parties. The plant's capacity to process feed is highly efficient, facilitating cost competitive production of olefins, polyolefins, oxo-alcohol, isopar and aromatics products.

Consistent with ExxonMobil's worldwide operational standards, SCP is committed to protecting the safety and health of our employees, the communities in which we operate and the environment. In addition, we are committed to maintaining the highest level of customer focus through world-class performance in operational and supply reliability.
