Stir-Fried Kailan with Prawns In Oyster Sauce
Serves 2
Cooking Time: Approx 15 mins

Directions
1. Heat oil in wok over medium-high setting.
2. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
3. Add prawns. Once pink and tender, remove from     wok and set aside.
4. Stir in kailan in the same wok for about a minute.
5. Add prawn stock, cover and let stand for another     minute.
6. Add cooked prawns, oyster sauce, rice wine and a     sprinkle of salt and paper.
7. Lightly stir until well mixed.
8. Transfer into a serving plate and serve with rice

Ingredients
6-9 medium prawns, shelled, de-veined and seasoned
6 kailan stalks, sliced diagonally
½ cup prawn stock
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper

Seasoning for prawns:
1 tsp light soy sauce
white pepper
