Terms and Conditions of 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX Promotion:

1. This promotion is open to all members of the Smiles Driver Rewards Programme (“Smiles”) except Fleetcard customers, employees of EMAPPL & its subsidiaries in Singapore, Singapore Grand Prix, the company’s advertising agencies, sales promotions agencies and their respective immediate families.

2. The promotion period shall be from 23 July to 5 September 2010.

3. Sunshade (Premium) is redeemable at 80 Smiles Points with every $40 (gross) spent on Synergy petrol or diesel in a single receipt with a valid Smiles Card, at any Esso service station during the promotion period, only redemption of up to 2 Premiums per transaction is allowed and must be made at point-of-purchase.

4. For every Premium redeemed, Smiles member will qualify for one (1) entry into the lucky draw.

5. For 2-card redemptions, the Smiles card that is first swiped for redemption of the Premium will be entered into the lucky draw.

6. If the purchase does not meet the qualifying criteria and the redemption of the Premium is not captured, the entry will be deemed invalid.

7. To qualify for the lucky draw, members must present their Smiles Card to be swiped for redemption of every Premium.

8. Premiums are while stocks last.

9. No contest forms are required. Entries will be automatically and electronically captured upon redemption of the Premium.

10. Smiles Points earned will be reflected on the Smiles member’s purchase receipt.

11. The selection of the Promotion Winners (hereafter referred to as the “Winners”) will take place on 13 September 2010. All entries will be subjected to verification by ExxonMobil and its supporting partners.

12. Incomplete, incorrect, untrue and inaccurate entries are invalid and will automatically disqualify the Participant and all his/her entries from the Promotion. Notwithstanding the successful submission or receipt of entries or any Participant’s eligibility in this Promotion, ExxonMobil shall have the discretion to determine whether any Participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason whatsoever.

13. All final decisions shall be made by ExxonMobil at its sole discretion and such decision shall be absolute and final. No correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.

14. Winners shall be notified by mobile phone or email within 7 days (or such longer period as ExxonMobil may decide) from 13 September 2010. Results will also be published in the newspapers. All prizes unclaimed after the stated claim period (as communicated during the notification) shall be forfeited and donated to a charity organization selected by ExxonMobil or dealt with in any way as ExxonMobil deems fit without liability to the Winners.

15. By receiving the tickets, winners shall be deemed have read and agreed to be bound by the 2010 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX Conditions of Sale and Entry (which can be found at http://www.singaporegp.sg).

16. Draw date is on Monday, 13 September 2010, 10:30am and will be conducted at 1 Maritime Square #07-02, HarbourFront Centre (Lobby C), Singapore 099253 and an external auditor will be present during the draw for auditing purposes.

17. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained.

18. There will be a total of 10 winners, each will win a pair of 3-day Porsche SC Global Carrera Cup Asia packages, worth $1,300 each.

19. All prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are final.

20. Any information (personal or otherwise) received or obtained by the Company as a result of the Promotion shall be the property of the Company, who reserves the right to use the information/details in any manner whatsoever including for future marketing activities without prior notice.

21. The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, loss or damage whatsoever, resulting from or in connection with this promotion or the prizes given out through this promotion.
