Salary

The salary at which a graduate starts with ExxonMobil in Australia compares favourably with similar companies in Australia. Salaries are reviewed regularly with the salary structure designed to ensure that demonstrated merit is rewarded by increased salary.

You will participate in the ExxonMobil Super Plan, into which the Company provides 12% contributions.
