Graduate Induction Program
Graduate Induction in ExxonMobil in Australia is a structured and comprehensive process. The Graduate Induction Program spans your first year of employment, with the most intense activity occurring in your first few weeks on the job. Working with the other new Graduates, you will undertake induction activities, site visits, personal effectiveness training programs and work specific activities concurrently. A key component of the Graduate Induction Program is interaction with a Buddy and also a Mentor to help you with the day to day challenges of moving into a new organisation.
