“I was surprised at the level of responsibility that was given to me, it keeps me well motivated and challenged. I love my weekly visit to site, and enjoy working closely with Maintenance, Operations and contractors to get hands on experience. People are very friendly and helpful at every level of the organisation. As a graduate, I have received a lot of self-development and technical training, as well as plenty of opportunity for exciting interstate and overseas travel.”
“I chose to join ExxonMobil because it provides me a long term career in a challenging industry with one of the most prestigious companies in the world. I will have access to a variety of work opportunities in many parts of the world without leaving the company. The company is also supportive of different career paths to suit individual needs.”
