Louise graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2007 with a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Finance.  Louise commenced employment with ExxonMobil after relocating to Melbourne in February 2008 . Starting as a graduate in the retrofit projects group, Louise manages brownfield projects both at Longford and Long Island Point.  As a project engineer, Louise works with a vast array of people from construction crews, plant operations, design engineers and contractors. Her role is to manage multi-million dollar projects to a successful completion that meets operational needs on time and on budget.
