We are mainly looking for people who have just graduated or are about to graduate.
Specialist with working experience  
Through the system of job rotation system, ExxonMobil is able to fill almost if not all of the management positions. Nevertheless we are also looking for specialists with more than three years of working experience.
Master - Student
