You can apply for a job by posting your CV and motivation letter in ExxonMobil's on-line application system.

Based on your CV and motivation letter you will or will not be invited for a first interview. This first interview will be with one of our first line managers and a Human Resources representative. They will determine whether you progress to the second and final round, where you will have an interview with several members of the ExxonMobil management.

The entire procedure takes a maximum of eight weeks.
