An Historic Day
The Chad/Cameroon Development Project made its first sale of crude oil to world markets in October 2003. To celebrate this long-awaited historic day, the Consortium and the Republic of Chad held an inauguration ceremony on 10 October in a construction warehouse fitted out as a temporary auditorium at the central oilfield facility near Komé.
