Technology and Technical Training
ExxonMobil is committed to developing Kuwaiti nationals in countries where we do our business. We look forward to being a partner who can offer training to the Kuwaiti people to operate in today's highly technical oil and gas business. Our customized training process has been proven successful in many countries. As part of our efforts, ExxonMobil hosts approximately 200 in-house technical courses annually, training more than 7,000 students. In 2004, we opened a new, Upstream technical training center in Houston, which is equipped with the latest computing, projection and recording equipment, including a center for 3D visualization. We also offer developmental training and assignments throughout the world.

Additionally, we lead the industry in Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology, with our operations underpinned by more than 900 work years of research in improving EOR methods.
