Employee engagement
ExxonMobil strives to communicate openly with our more than 82,000 employees. In 2011, presidents of the functional companies held more than 19 town-hall-style forums and numerous meetings with employees, addressing topics ranging from safety performance to long term planning. We hold these forums across our operations. Employees have the opportunity to ask senior management questions on any topic during these sessions.
