• Controller's
  ExxonMobil's Controller's organization seeks outstanding candidates to develop into the senior financial managers of the Corporation. The Controller's organization is responsible for coordinating ExxonMobil's financial and operating plans, evaluating progress toward key goals and managing internal financial processes.  This career path attracts candidates who have excellent financial/analytical skills, sound communication and leadership skills, enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, and have a strong interest in management.

• Treasurer's
  This is a small select group of about 100. Because of the Company's commitment to mentoring you will be working along side the best in the industry, creating and implementing financial strategies for ExxonMobil operations worldwide.

  If your interest lies in global business this is the place for you. You will be involved in market analysis and in developing strategies for Liquid Natural Gas as well as New Business Development.

• Fuels Marketing
  Here is where you can use your analytic, forecasting and accounting acumen. You will be providing strategic business planning in ExxonMobil's retail divisions, our world respected Exxon and Mobil brand services, and industrial and wholesale areas.

• Energy / Petroleum Land Management
  As a member of ExxonMobil’s Land Skill Area, you will play an important role in helping ExxonMobil manage its extensive land assets and mineral rights throughout the United States. You will be given the opportunity to contribute, learn, and advance your professional development in this Skill Area.
