Lotus Notes Support Analyst

The Job
-
Perform operational support activities on Lotus Notes
environment for client & Domino server. These include
maintenance, upgrades and monitoring of server performance,
utilization, analysis and resolution of service
problems/change/requests.

Provide analysis of business requirements, design
consultation and implementation of Lotus Notes solutions.

Perform evaluation/testing of related Lotus Notes
products/tools.

Perform Quality Assurance activities on design and
upgrades prior to deployment.

Monitor trends in operational performance to identify
potential problem areas and opportunities for continuous
improvement/efficiencies.

Provide remote/onsite rotational 24x7 support duties on
weekend and public holiday on with on-call compensation.

Provide training to support personnel on installation,
operation and maintenance for servers and desktops.
-
Provide Lotus Notes application development and support
to Global business users.
The Person
- Minimum of 3
– 5 years professional experience in
supporting Lotus Notes
- Strong knowledge of
Lotus Domino/Notes R5/R6 infrastructure and
administration including Notes API,
LotusScript, JavaScript.
- Good understanding
of Windows NT 4/2000/2003 Server operating
systems and Windows XP desktop operating
systems.
- Strong knowledge of
analysis, design, implement and deploy Lotus
Notes applications & infrastructure.
- Knowledgeable in
Project Management related to rollout of
Lotus Domino/Notes R6 technologies.
- Familiar with Local
and Wide Area Internetworking Cisco
technologies.
- Knowledge of IIS,
Notes HTTP, getAccess, Sametime, NetMeeting,
Centra, Blackberry will be an advantage.
