The Job

• Coordinate process safety and risk assessment programs for EMEPMI offshore operations.
• Lead or facilitate operations, engineering and projects risk assessments on production facilities and for change management.
• Administer and steward compliance to safety and risk assessment programs as part of EMEPMI's Operations Integrity Management System, and report status to management on regular basis.
• Promote compliance with ExxonMobil and industry safety standards.
• Incorporate learnings from ExxonMobil and industry incidents and initiatives into various EMEPMI programs and processes.
• Facilitate training on hazard identification and risk assessments (example, quantitative / qualitative risk assessments, HAZOPs).
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

• Possess an engineering degree, preferably in chemical or mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
• Mature individual with at least 5 years experience in oil and gas industry with broad exposure to field operations and engineering focused on process safety and risk assessments.
• Experience in offshore safety cases and loss prevention methodologies are an added advantages.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
