To download the entry form, please click here. 2010 “ON THE RUN MOMENTS” PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This competition will be held as follows: a. Date : March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27, April 3, April 10, April 17, 2010 (all the dates fall on a Saturday) b. Venue : Participating Esso service stations (Please refer to participating station list) c. Competition Time: i. 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon - Registration ii. 10.00 a.m. onwards - Competition begins d. This competition is open to all Smiles Card members residing in Malaysia but excluding any employees, dealers of Esso Malaysia Berhad and ExxonMobil Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and their affiliates in Malaysia, and their immediate families. 2. The theme of the photography competition is “On The Run Moments”. 3. Entry forms are to be submitted to the Official by 12.00 noon at the participating Esso service stations together with a minimum RM10.00 purchase receipt at any Esso or Mobil service stations. 4. Participants must be a Smiles Card member (Smiles Card Application Form is available at all Esso & Mobil service stations). Participants below 16 years of age can participate in the competition with their parents’ or legal guardians’ Smiles membership. 5. Participants are to state their name, contact number, Smiles Card number and type of camera to be used during the photo competition clearly on the entry form. 6. There are two categories of entries based on the type of camera to be used for this competition: - SLRs

7. Entries will be judged as follows: - Originality
- Composition or Picture Impact
- Creativity
8. Copyright shall remain the property of the photographer; however Esso Malaysia Berhad or ExxonMobil Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (collectively ExxonMobil) (the Organisers of the competition) reserve the right to reproduce, print or display all entries. 9. ExxonMobil shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to the participants' cameras, memory cards or accessories. 10. Weekly prizes will be awarded respectively for each category. The Weekly Prizes are as follows: 1x Grand Prize - RM300.00 Cash Voucher 4x Consolation Prize - RM100.00 Cash Voucher 11. Each participant is entitled to only ONE prize for the weekly prizes. 12. Each participant can submit up to a maximum of three (3) photographs taken during the said weekly competition and to be emailed to otr.moments@exxonmobil.com stating participant's name. 13. Closing time to email the photographs for the weekly competition shall be 5.00pm on the following Monday and no further extension shall be entertained. Eg. For March 6 competition, the closing time & date will be on March 8 before 5.00pm. Only selected weekly winners will be notified. 14. The Organisers’ and judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
