Furthermore, ExxonMobil is investing $100 million in a groundbreaking project called the Global Climate and Energy Project (GCEP).

The project, which will be led by Stanford University, is dedicated to researching new options for commercially viable technologies for energy supply and use which will have substantially lower greenhouse gas emissions.
