Our selection process is designed to ensure that you see enough of our Organisation to make an informed choice on whether you want to join us, and for us to select high quality graduates who best meet our requirements. Our selection process consists of 5 stages 1. Online application form (click on 'Apply Now') 2. Numeracy Test - to be taken at your convenience, lasting for 20 minutes. 3. Competency Based Telephone Interview lasting approximately 20 minutes 4. Face-to-Face interview with an employee from the business line at one of our office locations 5. Assessment Centre (ie Business Game, In Tray Exercise and Panel Interview) A final decision is reached after the Assessment Centre for Graduate positions.
