Our selection process is designed to ensure that you see enough of our Organisation to make an informed choice on whether you want to join us, and for us to select high quality graduates who best meet our requirements. Our selection process consists of 6 stages 1. Complete the online application form (click on 'Apply Now') 2. Online numeracy test - to be taken at your convenience (takes approximately 20 minutes) 3. Application form and competency based questions are not screened electronically but by our very own recruitment team 4. Competency Based Telephone Interview (takes approximately 20 minutes) 5. Face-to-Face interview with an employee from the business line at one of our office locations 6. Assessment Centre (eg Business Game, In Tray Exercise and Panel Interview) Before applying online: Before starting your application, please ensure that you are eligible to apply for one of our graduate positions. - we require that you are expecting or hold a 2:1 (or equivalent) in your first degree or hold a 2:2 (or equivalent) with a relevant Masters;
- that you hold the correct degree discipline for the scheme that you are applying for
- that you have the current right to work in the UK on a full time basis.
- that you graduated within the last four years
