Richard McMahon
Mechanical Apprentice
One reason I wanted a apprenticeship with ExxonMobil , is because they offer a wide range of learning avenues (prospects/ opportunities) in further education and their work based activities, with the prospect of a rewarding future. The apprenticeship has given me many opportunities to study recognised qualifications, improve myself through team building activities and being included in the working environment. I have been able to learn through hands on experience about maintaining the varied equipment around the refinery. I have worked alongside knowledgeable and capable technicians who encourage you and are willing to help you learn. In the future I would like to continue learning and developing my skills so that I can build upon my knowledge I have gained at ExxonMobil.
