| | The benefits and training that you can expect as an undergraduate are outlined below:
Salaries
Salaries for undergraduates are currently £21,340 pro rata. These salaries are generally reviewed every summer and therefore you could expect to receive a salary increase before you start work!
Other benefits include:
- two weeks bed and breakfast accommodation at the start of your placement.
- 20 days holiday per year in addition to two days academic leave.
- access to the ExxonMobil Share Scheme. This scheme works on a two for one basis up to 2.5% of your salary.
- At a number of our locations we have subsidised dining and gym facilities.
- We have a whole range of social clubs open to all employees.
Training
You can expect to receive a high level of quality training and development from us. We want you to enjoy your year's experience and for you to leave us feeling you have really experienced some core personal development. As such, we offer you:
