|  | The benefits and training that you can expect as a Summer Vacation Student are outlined below. Salaries Salaries for undergraduates are currently £22,400 pro rata. These salaries are generally reviewed every summer and therefore you could expect to receive a salary increase before you start work! Other Benefits include:
- We seek to assist with securing suitable accommodation. For example in 2007 Students placed in Fawley stayed in student accommodation together over their eight weeks.
- Students will accrue holiday during their time with us and can either take the holiday or receive payment for it at the end of their placement
- Have access to the ExxonMobil Share Scheme. This scheme works on a two for one basis upto 2.5% of your salary.
- Will have access to a Pension scheme.
- At a number of our locations we have subsidised gym and dining facilities
- We have a whole range of social clubs open to all employees.
Training
- Real projects and responsibilities
- Training - Outdoors team building course, IT, time management, interview training, report writing, presentation skills.
- Opportunity to be considered for future Graduate positions
- Social fund and the ability to build a strong network amongst students which culminate with a summer ball.
