ExxonMobil offers a range of placements starting in July each year for either 12 months or 8 weeks.
To be eligible for our placement schemes, you will need:
As well as providing great work experience, ExxonMobil uses the summer placement as an opportunity to assess suitability for future graduate vacancies. It is our expectation that some of our students will be offered future graduate positions. All of our placements are open to students who will be graduating in 2016. They should be on track to achieve a 2:1 degree classification. Details of the degrees that will be accepted can be found on the relevant scheme page. It is also important that applicants possess the right to work in the UK - some students may have the right to work in the summer between the years of their degree course, but will not have the right to work after graduation, and those students will not be eligible to be considered for a graduate vacancy.
Due to strict university firewalls and IT security settings a number of ExxonMobil communications will not be received. Therefore we strongly advise that you do not use your university email account for account creation when registering your application. We advise that you use your private email account (such as Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail etc.).
Applications for the 2015 intake are now closed.
For the 2016 intake, please check for updates in September.
