Your Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities may include:- Developing, monitoring and improving HR policies, practices and programs
- Leading projects in areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing and development, and workplace policy
- Consulting and supporting business line management and employees in areas such as workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity, and industrial relations
- Partnering with peers and clients around the world to develop strategies for managing human capital across international borders
Your Development
Your initial assignment is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of ExxonMobil's approach to HR and people policy development, as well as providing the opportunity to interact with senior management on HR topics.
You will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills as an HR professional within a dynamic team environment and to become familiar with the oil and gas industry.

Your Background
Academic
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or an MBA with a specialization or demonstrated interest in HR-related topics
Other
Proven analytical and leadership skills are a key requirement of the position coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills proven. An ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical.
