Primary Assignment
The marketing vision of ExxonMobil Chemical is to become the premier marketing
company in the eyes of our customers. The Global Marketing organization
provides consultative support to global senior business leaders in the area of
business and marketing strategy, tool and process development. Global
Marketing is seeking outstanding people to provide enhanced marketing
strategies and solutions, transfer marketing competencies and capabilities
across Chemical's eleven global businesses, and leverage the most effective
and efficient techniques to help the business units make better decisions.
Starting and subsequent positions include exposure to activities of the
multiple Chemicals businesses and functions to develop broad business
knowledge and skills necessary for senior management positions.
Examples of Job Responsibilities
Develop business framework and tools to provide better understanding and
insights of true customer and product profitability
Design approach to group customers based on common characteristics and
position produces and services to maximize value and profitability based on
the varying customer segments
Develop process and tools to identify and correct sources of margin erosion,
which occure from inconsistent price administration practices
Design eBusiness processes to ensure cost competitiveness, value in customer
and supplier relationships, and products and services specific to customer
needs
Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies and plans
for our respective businesses. Examples include brand development &
positioning, customer/trade engagement support, sales tool development, and
advertising/promotion campaign
