Primary Assignment

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for managing projects that range between $50K to $2M and that entail the renovation and construction of petroleum retailing facilities. In addition to developing and implementing construction projects, you will be dealing with internal customers and external contractors and suppliers, managing cost controls and administering projects. This will give you an excellent opportunity to experience project management from the initial planning stages through to completion in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications Desired

Academic
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or in any Engineering discipline.

Other

  • You are an accomplished negotiator with sound analytical abilities.

  • You are capable of carrying out cost control and administration.

  • You demonstrate a working knowledge of construction, and/or construction management as well as awareness of environmental practices.

  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential

  • A valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
