Your Assignment

ExxonMobil's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) department offers exciting opportunities in Real Estate and Facility Management/Operations as well as managerial, technical and financial positions which support the global ExxonMobil organization.  Positions available include Real Estate Planning Analyst, Facilities Project Coordinator, Facilities Engineer, Tenant Services Advisor, Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, or a Technical Advisor for the Center of Expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assess issues/projects and develop reports and communications for upper management (Planning Analyst)
  • Coordinate building projects (Facilities Project Coordinator)
  • Conduct building and energy assessments (Facilities Engineer)
  • Manage client needs and create a safe, comfortable working environment (Tenant Services Advisor)
  • Operate and maintain equipment critical to the operation of the facility (Operations & Maintenance Supervisor)
  • Steward technical documents and processes and share technical best practices (Technical Advisor)

Academic

  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Construction Science
  • MBA (Real Estate emphasis preferred, but not required)

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a key requirement of the position coupled with proven analytical and leadership skills.  An ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical.
