There are several tax-exempt bonds with nominal value of about $1.6 billion issued by municipalities or state agencies relating to ExxonMobil facilities. Interest and principal payments related to these bonds are supported by a loan guaranteed by Exxon Mobil Corporation. - What is the credit rating of ExxonMobil?
The debt obligations issued by or guaranteed by Exxon Mobil Corporation are rated Aaa and AAA by Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s, respectively.
- I have some Mobil 8.5% bonds due 2001 that I have yet to redeem. What should I do about these?
The Mobil Oil Corporation 8.5% bonds due June 15, 2001 (CUSIP: 607059AA0) were called for redemption in February, 1992. No interest payments have been nor will be made for periods past that date.
