2019 Customer Terminal Days

Customer Terminal Day

This year’s Customer Terminal Days kicked off on April 10 at the ExxonMobil Nashville terminal. This event was the first of eight Customer Terminal Days taking place across North America from April to August, where we invite customers to get an insider’s look at the terminal and engage with terminal staff.

Customers representing 15 different organizations attended our Nashville event. Some of their key areas of interest were the Nashville barge supply, the possibility of additional products at the terminal and terminal wait times.

Karen Tyrone, the Mid-Atlantic Southeast Tributary Manager, along with Ted Burger, Nashville Terminal Superintendent, provided customers with updates on terminal network improvements and operations.

Burger said, “I enjoyed showing customers and potential customers what our terminal has to offer. The interaction and discussion of potential business opportunities was exciting and I look forward to what the future holds.”

On May 1, we hosted the South Houston Customer Terminal Day where Terminal Superintendent Haley Ryan provided an informative overview of the South Houston Terminal. Ryan also hosted a question-and-answer panel discussion between customers, ExxonMobil Midstream management, and Fuels and Lubricants President Bryan Milton.

"The Customer Terminal Days are a great opportunity for our team to thank our customers, share how we are working to better serve them and listen to their needs,” said Midstream Director Kevin Hobbs.

“Without customers,” Hobbs continued, “we don’t have a business."

There’s still time for you to join the final Terminal Day and share your point of view, give your opinion and add your voice to the conversation.
