Marine Channel Partner Award winners

ExxonMobil celebrates Channel Partner Award winners

ExxonMobil has revealed the three winners of the Marine Channel Partner Awards in 2023. The award is a recognition of their outstanding performance and excellent customer service around the world, assessing the previous year. The winners come from the regions where ExxonMobil currently has Channel Partner networks: Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.

“Channel partners are an integral part of our business,” said Jack Bakker, Manager Global Inland & Coastal Marine and Third Party Alliances.

“To recognise this, we have developed an awards programme that acknowledges best in class service. All three winners showed excellence in their performance and an in-depth understanding of the value of the ExxonMobil brand.”

The three Channel Partner winners were Copec Marine for Latin America, Teyseer for EMEA and Equator for Asia Pacific. All the companies will get the chance to celebrate their wins in style, including a special dinner hosted by ExxonMobil.

Copec, part of the Empresas Copec group, was one of ExxonMobil Marine’s first Global Channel Partners. The company provides a strategic network for Mobil™ lubricants in Chile where it delivers a wide range of synthetic and biodegradable products for the marine industry.

Teyseer has been a Mobil lubricants distributor in Qatar for more than 50 years. Today this includes managing ExxonMobil’s lubricants barge services at the key port of Ras Laffan, an industrial hub located 80 kilometres north of Doha, Qatar.

Equator supplies products and services to vessel owners and operators worldwide, backed by engineering expertise, to help its customers achieve reliable, cost-effective operations. The Equator team has always been committed to analysing the specific needs of our clients and providing them with the best-in class solutions.

Entrants were judged against a range of criteria including professionalism, marine industry knowledge and a commitment to collaboration.

In 2024, ExxonMobil Marine is preparing to kick off the awards soon.
