The tanker M/S Cardo, though not the largest in the world, was at the time the biggest ship built in a Norwegian shipyard. It was also powered by the largest motor ever built in Norway.
With an Akers-built engine with the latest B&W design, the owners relied on Mobil to ensure the M/S Cardo was lubricated by the world’s most experienced hand in marine lubrication.
